Diane and I wanted to let you know how happy we are with the quality of the construction in our new home. We haven't received enough power bills to get a clear idea of what the energy cost will be. If the first bill is any indication, our power will be far less than we anticipated.

The decision to move ahead with the wall insulation as well as the roof sprayed foam insulation was a good choice. The home is real quiet. We do not hear traffic noise, sprinkler system or know if it is raining. We have had the normal electrical and AC fine tuning after the move in. With the sprayed insulation moving in the attic and making changes after the fact is considerable easier.

Once again we are extremely happy with your professional approach to the construction and are very happy we went along with your recommendations on the insulation and other areas of construction.

We recently completed construction of our home with our general contractor, Neace Builders. We chose Chet after observing the project he did for the Willson's, our neighbors across the street the previous year. Prior to construction, Chet worked with us to change some aspects of our custom plan. We chose him as our builder after considering several other proposals.

We poured the slab in January of 2010, and received our certificate of occupancy around the first of October. During the project, Chet kept us abreast of schedule activities, and was available to answer questions as the arose. We were very involved in the day to day aspects of the construction project, and worked with Chet and the subs closely. Neace Builder uses subcontractors that genuinely care about the quality of their work, which is certainly essential in building a custom home. We are very satisfied with the quality and workmanship that went into the home, and are looking forward to many happy years there.
